While 2021 has been yet another unpredictable year, the ClientPay team has continued working diligently to serve architecture, engineering, and design professionals like you.

At ClientPay, it’s our unique responsibility to support your community by ensuring that your payment experience is simple and seamless so you can focus on the more important aspects of your business.

With that in mind, we put together a list of a few ways we expanded our capabilities and resources to better support firms like yours in 2021—and for years to come.

27 Events Attended

Attending and sponsoring industry events (both virtual and in-person) is one of the best ways to stay connected to current and prospective customers because it allows us to be available to you in any environment.

While many events remained virtual this year, the ClientPay team was able to safely attend a handful of in-person conferences in 2021. We enjoyed the opportunity to speak with you and learn how we can improve ClientPay to better support your needs.

A special thank you goes out to our dedicated events team. Our colleagues have continued to effectively adapt to new and changing environments, and, as a result, we were able to have at least one ClientPay representative at 27 different conferences and exhibitions.

Thank you to those of you who took the time to speak with us at these events! We are so grateful for your feedback and suggestions.

4 New Features Launched

In an effort to better support the community in 2021, ClientPay launched four new features:

Account Updater: ClientPay’s Account Updater feature regularly reviews stored payment methods to determine if the account information is still valid. Using data from the issuing bank, Account Updater will automatically update account numbers and expiration dates, eliminating the need for you or your client to update this information manually.

Card Vault: Card Vault makes it easy to create a convenient payment experience for your clients. With Card Vault, you can securely store your clients’ preferred payment methods and easily make charges without having to re-collect or reenter a client’s payment information.

QR Codes: ClientPay’s QR code functionality allows your clients to submit payments directly from their mobile devices. Not only do QR codes help you get paid faster, but they also support a safer, more convenient, client-focused payment experience.

829 Phone Calls and Emails Answered

Of course, ClientPay couldn’t exist without our stellar customer support team. This year, we answered 829 of your calls and emails. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us and helps ClientPay continue to grow and better serve you.

Thank You

It’s truly been an honor to have had these opportunities to serve building and design professionals like you across the country over the past year. We’re looking forward to doing even more in 2022. We hope you’ll join us!
